Stock Market Listing Changed to the First Section of Tokyo Stock Exchange

On October 7th, SHIFT Inc. (“SHIFT”) is pleased to announce that our stock market listing has changed from the Mothers Section to the First Section of Tokyo Stock Exchange (“TSE”).
This announcement is to appreciate all stakeholders involved in our business, including our employees and their family, customers, investors, communities, and partners, for their greatest support.

Since our CEO, Masaru Tange, has established SHIFT on September 7th, 2005, SHIFT has been seeking the products and services that the society needs, which eventually led to our recent main service, software testing. As SHIFT started to offer software testing service in 2008, we have managed to accomplish 150% annual growth for nine consequent fiscal years. This result has made us confident that our service has stable but strong positive social impact on deeply rooted structural issues in ICT sector that we concluded SHIFT would expand our business even further.

Therefore, our reassignment of the stock market is intended to reinforce trust that SHIFT has built up, and to reach out to wider investors, potential candidates, customers.

Now finally being listed on the first section of TSE, SHIFT believes that we would accelerate our growth, maximize our corporate value and ultimately “aim to realize a smart society, devoid of waste.” We will continue to pursue what would be the real value for the society, as a listed company on the First Section of TSE.
