The team of creators, composed of professionals in areas such as people-centric design, UI/UX, communications design, visualization, Splunk solutions, and data science, designs based on corporate needs and user behavioral patterns and builds original dashboards which relevance and importance of information are intuitively understandable for users.

Leveraging our extensive development experience with Splunk dashboards, we plan to develop dashboards not only in Splunk, but also in collaboration with a variety of data analytics platforms.

Against the backdrop of rapid progress in technological innovation and diversification of values, the business environment is becoming increasingly volatile and complex, and companies are required to make more flexible and swift management decisions and promote their businesses than ever before. In order to make swift decisions, it is necessary to formulate management indicators and monitor their progress. However, there are not a few companies that have issues in gathering and analyzing information directly linked to management. In addition, due to the progress of DX, companies are facing the need for the appropriate collection and monitoring of information that serves as a criterion for making system and security investment decisions, such as system soundness, operation rates, and security risks. However, the scale and types of systems that we operate have increased, and information has been dispersed for each system. As a result, the level of difficulty in management and log analysis continues to increase.

SHIFT has provided support to companies in diverse industries facing these problems with Splunk, a leader in cybersecurity and observability. We have a large number of creators with combined expertise, including experience in developing and designing various services and knowledge of data science utilizing Splunk and other data analytics platforms. By forming a team of creators comprised of diverse professionals, we have not only provided support for the introduction of Splunk, but have also promoted the visualization and effective utilization of data.

In particular, we propose, construct, and provide designs for highly convenient Splunk dashboards that are in line with the company’s actual situation as a means of realizing optimal data collection and analysis according to the company’s management issues and business flow. Its high practicality and sophisticated UI/UX of the dashboard were highly regarded, and in April 2025, SHIFT was awarded Significant Delivery Award in Splunk Japan Partner Award 2025 of awarding Splunk’s domestic partner companies.

Based on the support we have provided to date, we have decided to provide an “Advanced Dashboard” that provides integrated support for the collection, organization, and analysis of information required for corporate decision-making by SHIFT’s creator team from both a systematic and a design perspective.

<Splunk Japan Partner Award 2025’s Significant Delivery Award award>

In April 2025, SHIFT received Splunk Japan Partner Award 2025’s Significant Delivery Award. Significant Delivery Award is a prize given to Splunk business partners who have continuously and stably provided valuable results to customers in support of the introduction of Splunk solutions, and have greatly contributed to the training of engineers and the successful project. This time, SHIFT was highly evaluated for the following points, which resulted in the award.

 

1. Practical support for customers’ data analysis issues
   Following the introduction of Splunk, we responded to customers’ concerns that we would not know how to analyze the data. We designed and built a dashboard for visualization in line with their needs. In addition, we provided insights that lead to concrete decision making based on log data.

 

2. Dashboard usability and high business fit
   Beyond just introducing technology, we designed easy-to-use dashboards in line with the work flow of the field. As a consequence, the use of Splunk at customer sites became firmly established and contributed to maximizing the value of introduction.

   Through the continuous development of Splunk engineers within the company, we have built a high-quality installation support system. Through these efforts, we have enhanced our ability to respond to customers and propose solutions, thereby improving the overall success rate of the project.
