Reaching this milestone, the SHIFT Group would like to express my sincere gratitude to all of the people who have supported the growth of SHIFT and the SHIFT Group, and once again express our commitment for further growth.

– Announcement of Corporate Policy of 10,000 Employees-

Masaru Tange, a founder and Representative Director and President of SHIFT, established SHIFT in September 2005 with a firm philosophy and enthusiasm that he has been shared with us. Even after a long period of time since it foundation, the same philosophy and passion that existed eighteen years ago continue to survive among us now. The domains and industry of our business have changed, and the landscape that we see has changed greatly. And there will be countless changes in the future. However, the philosophy and enthusiasm we have embraced will not waver at all.

Today, as the SHIFT Group, SHIFT became a big team in which as many as 10,000 employees coexist, as SHIFT has brought together a diverse range of experienced and talented people and welcomed colleagues with the aim of maximizing our corporate value. We believe that it is “people” that make the company, and that the number of employees with unique personalities is directly linked to the power of the organization. As the company with 10,000 employees, the SHIFT Group is keenly aware of its social responsibilities. While respecting the individuality of each employee, we have renewed our determination to work to resolve a number of social issues.

In addition, we will devote our utmost efforts to pursuing essential value as the company so that we can return more to all of the people who have supported the SHIFT Group than ever before.
