Notice Regarding the Absorption-Type Company Split of Certain Businesses of Airitech Inc.

SHIFT Inc. (“SHIFT,” headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan; Masaru Tange, CEO and Representative Director), which supports clients in developing and delivering software services and products that drive sales, announces that it has resolved at a Board of Directors meeting to conduct an absorption-type company split (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizational Restructuring”) involving a portion of the business (Technology Consulting Business) of its consolidated subsidiary, Airitech Inc. (“Airitech”, headquartered in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Japan; Masanori Yamasaki, President and Representative Director).
As this organizational restructuring constitutes a simplified absorption-type company split involving a consolidated subsidiary, certain disclosure items and details have been omitted.
