Announcement of Revision of Consolidated Financial Guidance for FY08/22

SHIFT Inc. (“SHIFT,” headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan; Masaru Tange, CEO and Representative Director) announced today that it has resolved to revise the consolidated financial guidance for the first half of FY08/22 (September 1^st, 2021 – February 28^th, 2022) and that of FY08/22 (September 1^st, 2021 – August 31^st, 2022), based on the recent financial performances.
