[Background of Selection]
Naito was selected in recognition of his outstanding achievements both internally and externally through the following initiatives using Splunk, Cisco’s data analytics platform:
- Contributions to Technical Adoption via Community Activities Naito made significant contributions to technology adoption by sharing practical expertise, including delivering a presentation on insider threat detection design at the “Go Japan Splunk User Group,” a local Splunk user community. Recently, he earned the highest-level certification, “Splunk Core Certified Consultant,” and continues to share highly specialized insights.
- Strengthening the Technical Base Through a Proprietary Internal Training Program Naito established a unique Splunk training program within SHIFT to train inexperienced personnel into job-ready talent for actual projects, contributing to the enhancement of SHIFT’s service capabilities and technical foundation.
